We are aware of customers experiencing a connection issue when accessing Pave’s application at app.pave.com, resulting in a failure to connect to our site with an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR page. Pave has reviewed the security settings on this site and have found no issues.

We believe this is being caused by an error with some Internet Service Providers, and we are working with them to resolve this issue.

If you are blocked from accessing Pave please contact your IT team. If you are a Spectrum or Xfinity customer, review your SecurityShield settings. Please try another ISP if possible.
